A custom itinerary is designed from scratch and is based off your personal travel goals and preferences. By purchasing a custom itinerary, you are provided with everything you need for your trip. It’s completely up to you how involved you want to be in planning and how much you want to follow the itinerary. The questionnaire will allow me to understand the beginning steps of planning your trip and your expectations.
Custom itineraries are priced by the amount of travel days and the location of your destination, this is the only service with an additional fee.
Quotes for individual bookings are free with no obligation to book. Request pricing on any part of your trip: flights, hotels, car rentals, private transfers, cruises, tours, concerts, and theme parks. I’ll send you the lowest prices I have access to versus what you may be finding online. There are no additional fees to book with Itinerary Travels for quotes. About Me
Hi! My name’s Lindsay. I’m from Orlando, Florida and graduated from the University of Florida in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Recreation & Tourism. After graduating, I started a job as an event and convention coordinator for a medical association. I’ve always loved all things planning related and checking off items on a to-do list. Planning events at that time was everything I thought I was looking for, but ultimately felt something missing.
I went to Europe for the first time with my husband in 2017. We arrived in Dublin, Ireland first and flew to Amsterdam a few days later. My love for travel grew from that point on and I knew I wanted to do something more than just plan trips for myself.
Later in 2021 after leaving a different job outside of the event and tourism industry, I knew it was time to turn my passion into a business. My mission is to help others experience the world in the best way possible, while saving stress, time and money.

– Your completed itinerary will be sent within 10 business days via email.
– A travel kit will be provided two weeks prior to travel.
If you are unsure of where to travel or how to answer any questions on the questionnaire form, put “TBD”.
What is the price for a custom itinerary?
Pricing is based on the amount of planned travel days and destination.
For trips located inside the United States, it is $30/day.
For trips located outside the United States, it is $40/day.
Can I request quotes for a portion of my trip without purchasing a custom itinerary?
Yes. Quotes are free with no obligation to book. I’ll send you exclusive pricing with no additional fees.
Are all accommodations booked for me?
Yes, everything will be taken care of and all booking information will be sent to you in email. Flight accommodations are the only service to be booked on your own, unless booked as a package.
What if I need to cancel?
Times are uncertain these days. Purchasing travel insurance with your bookings is highly recommended.
Will I be provided with COVID-19 updates?
Yes. Every state or country varies with COVID-19 restrictions. You will be provided with any information needed for your destination(s).
I’m planning a trip but only want a custom itinerary for half of the time, can I do this?
Yes. You can purchase any amount of travel days for your custom itinerary. If you only want 3 days planned for a 7-day trip, that’s completely fine. Use the request form to get started and we can begin planning.
Why should I use Itinerary Travels when I can plan myself?
Anyone can plan a trip themselves, but Itinerary Travels provides a great source of information and discounts to clients. I can make sure your trip goes smoothly in case of any unexpected issues or help you with any questions along the way.
